Overview and Features of Processing Method

Processing is possible without moving the focal point for thicknesses of 0.5 mm.
There is no thermal deformation and the surface has a sharp edge, enabling low thermal impact processing.
The cross-sectional shape also has a smooth processing surface with Ra = 0.2 um.
