The LFX-15108 is the world's only 15W 266 nm picosecond laser achieved through Spectronix’s proprietary LD-GS technology.

In order to meet the needs for further expansion of applications and high-speed processing, such as Via processing of package substrates for semiconductors, we have developed a model with increased output power to 15W and long-term stability and output retention time of more than 10,000 hours continuously, thus achieving the world's highest output power and longest output retention period.

The 266 nm wavelength has a high light absorption rate for all materials, making it suited to processing notoriously difficult transparent materials such as glass and resin as well as composites, enabling unprecedented high-quality processing.
